Banh Xeo (Crispy Rice Pancakes)

our pancakes are made from rice flour and turmeric powder. We stuffed the pancakes with white and green onions, bean sprout, shrimp, and roasted pork; serve with lettuce, cucumber, mint, and house fish sauce. A ver popular dish in southern Vietnam. A must try!
